This card was inspired by one on page 77 in the Stampin' Up! catalog. I just loved how the artist used our Designer Buttons as balloons. I am on a mission to CASE samples in the catalog.
I am loving these little Greeting Card Kids. I stamped the little girl in Black StazOn, colored her in with markers and my Blender Pen and cut her out. The Designer Buttons are from the Brights Collection.
