I have seen these little cuties out in cyberland and just knew they would make perfect treats for my kids teachers. They are so easy to make. I took a 3×6 piece of the Wicked Fun Designer Series paper and added some of our Black Waffle Paper to one of the long sides, rolled it into a tube and secured the edge with our Multipurpose Liquid Glue. I then cut 1/4" slits on the bottom and 
folded the tabs into the tube, added a little Liquid Glue and placed the tube onto a 1 3/4" Scallop Circle. To cover the place where the tube meets the base, I ran a bead of the Multipurpose Liquid Glue around the meeting area and poured some Black Chunky Essentials Glitter all over. I also added some of the glitter around the top edge where the tube meets the Waffle Paper. The greeting from the Wicked Cool stamp set 
was punched out with the 1 3/4 x 7/8 Oval and layered onto a Scallop Oval. A strip of our Old Olive Satin Ribbon finished it off. I put three bite sized Snickers Candy Bars (WOW, they look huge in the photo!!) into a Small Cello Bag and tied it closed with some of our Rich Razzleberry 1/4" Grosgrain Ribbon. These literally took me about 15 minutes to complete.
