These Island Oasis Party Favor Boxes are just so cute, I had to have them. :-) You can put the Belly Band around the box with the flaps flat or you can punch holes with the Horizontal Slot punch and slide the band through with the flaps up. Here is a picture of the flap after I punched the holes.
